Registration for the 2010 season will take place at the Raven Creek Clubhouse in Oak Creek as follows:

Sunday, March 14, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM -- Priority Registration for Returning Team Families -- View Flyer.

Priority Registration is reserved for those families that participated in the 2009 season with the Orcas or that submitted a formal Leave of Absence form excusing them from the previous season.

Sunday, March 28, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM -- Open Registration

Open Registration is for Oak Creek resident families who are new to the Orcas swim team.

Sunday, March 28 -- Wait List Begins

Families that are not immediately able to join the team because all 120 positions are filled may place their name on a Wait List beginning this day. Complete Wait List details are published in the Orcas Registration Policy.

Applications must be accompanied by the following:

1. Proof of residency (utility bill or association bill)

2. Two (2) copies of each swimmer’s birth certificate*

3. Registration paperwork (see links below)

4. Payment in full (cash or check only)

*Birth certificate(s) are required for new swimmers only (including new siblings); returning swimmers do not need a birth certificate, as a copy is already on file with the team.

In order to streamline the registration process for your family, please print each of the forms below, complete them at home, and bring them to registration with the other items mentioned above.
