Returning Swimmer Registration
Sunday, March 18th, 11:00am - 1:00pm - Ravencreek Clubhouse
- Priority Registration is reserved for those families that participated in the 2011 season with the Orcas or who submitted a formal Leave of Absence form excusing them from the previous season.
New Swimmer Registration
Sunday, April 1st, 9:00am - until roster is full - Ravencreek Clubhouse
- Open Registration is for Oak Creek resident families who are new to the Orcas swim team.

If all 120 swimmer positions are filled during New Swimmer Registration, families may choose to place their names on the waitlist that begins on April 2nd, 2012.
Applications must be accompanied by the following:
- Proof of residency (utility bill or association bill)
- Two (2) copies of each swimmer’s birth certificate**
- Registration paperwork (see links below)
- Payment in full (cash or check only)
** Birth certificates are required for new swimmers only, including new siblings. Returning swimmers do not need a birth certificate.
In order to streamline the registration process for your family:
- Please print each of the five (5) forms below
- Complete each form at home
- Bring them to registration with the other items mentioned above
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to bring ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS with you to the clubhouse on your scheduled registration day. Applications cannot be processed if anything is missing. * PLEASE NOTE: 2012 Forms Will Be Available Soon *
